Study Away Course Approval System

The study away course approval process has been established as part of study away program review. The academic information for these programs is facilitated by Curriculum Systems within the Office of the Registrar. Staff in Curriculum Systems reviews the academic information included in study away program proposals to ensure that it is consistent with the course information approved in the CAPA system and in compliance with University of Georgia and Board of Regents policies and guidelines. Subsequent to Curriculum Systems review, the course information will be submitted to department heads and deans for consideration. The Study Away Course Approval System has been established to facilitate this process.
